Understanding Before & After Observations
When evaluating a hard-water scale conditioning system, observations should be made under comparable operating conditions.
Existing Hard Water Problems
Record visible scale on taps, bathroom fittings, pipelines, heating equipment and other affected surfaces. Note cleaning frequency and operating conditions.
Monitoring Scale Behaviour
Review the same locations over a defined observation period. Compare deposits, cleaning requirements and equipment conditions using consistent evaluation methods.
Visual observations alone do not establish a reduction in dissolved hardness or prove a particular scale-reduction percentage.
How Ethix Water Conditioner Works
Ethix Water Conditioner uses integrated three-stage technology: Electrolysis, Electronics and Electro-Magnetic conditioning.
The technology is intended to influence scale-forming behaviour while water flows through the conditioner, without conventional salt-based resin regeneration.
The system does not physically remove dissolved calcium, magnesium or other dissolved minerals from the water.

Important Technical Information
Ethix Water Conditioner is designed for hard-water scale management. It is not an RO water purifier or conventional ion-exchange softener.
It does not reduce TDS or remove dissolved hardness minerals. Laboratory hardness readings may therefore remain similar before and after conditioning.
Scale-related outcomes depend on water chemistry, installation, flow rate, operating conditions and the nature of existing deposits.
