Your Ethix Water Conditioner is protected by a Two (2) Year Manufacturer Warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.

If any malfunction or failure occurs due to a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, ETHIX will repair or replace the product as per company inspection and warranty policy.

01 Warranty Eligibility
This warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. The product must be purchased from an authorized ETHIX channel partner, dealer, or distributor.
02 What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, mishandling, power surge, physical damage, fire, flood, natural calamities, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or serial number tampering.
03 Repair or Replacement
ETHIX will inspect the product and decide whether repair or replacement is applicable. The company’s decision regarding warranty eligibility shall be final.
Ethix Water Conditioner is neither a Water Filter nor a Water Purifier. It is a water conditioning device designed to help reduce hard water scaling problems.
